Condiciones y Normas
1. Definities
Aanbieder: Castillo Coveta, gevestigd te Calle Girona 36, 03560 El Campello, Alicante, Spanje. Geregistreerd onder [BEDRIJFSNAAM / KvK-nummer / CIF-nummer].
Gast: Iedere natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die een reservering maakt bij de accommodatie of gebruikmaakt van de faciliteiten van de accommodatie.
Boeking: De overeenkomst tussen de accommodatie en de gast voor het gebruik van een of meerdere kamers en/of diensten, inclusief alle bijbehorende voorwaarden.
Verblijf: De periode waarbinnen de gast gebruikmaakt van de faciliteiten en diensten van de accommodatie.
2. Toepasselijkheid
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle reserveringen, boekingen, overeenkomsten en diensten aangeboden door Castillo Coveta. Door het plaatsen van een reservering accepteert de gast deze voorwaarden volledig.
De accommodatie behoudt zich het recht voor deze voorwaarden te allen tijde te wijzigen. De meest recente versie is altijd beschikbaar op onze website.
3. Reserveringen en Boekingen
Reserveringen kunnen worden gemaakt via onze website, per e-mail (info@castillocoveta.es), telefonisch of via WhatsApp. Iedere reservering wordt per e-mail bevestigd; bij online reservering ontvangt u de bevestiging direct na betaling.
Een reservering is pas definitief na ontvangst van de schriftelijke bevestiging en, indien van toepassing, na ontvangst van de aanbetaling.
Wijzigingen: Wijzigingen in uw reservering (datums, kamertype, aantal gasten) zijn mogelijk tot 14 dagen voor de geplande aankomstdatum, mits beschikbaarheid. Wijzigingsverzoeken dienen schriftelijk te worden ingediend per e-mail.
4. Prijzen en Betaling
Alle prijzen zijn in euro's (EUR) en zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld. De prijzen op onze website zijn onder voorbehoud van typefouten en wijzigingen.
Betaalmethoden: Wij accepteren betaling per bankovermaking, creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) en iDEAL. Bij aankomst is contante betaling eveneens mogelijk.
Betaling: Bij aankomst binnen 14 dagen betaalt u direct 100% van het totale verblijfsbedrag. Anders betaalt u bij reservering een aanbetaling van 50%; het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk 14 dagen vóór aankomst te zijn voldaan.
Borg: Op de dag van aankomst betaalt u een borg van € 500 per suite. Deze wordt binnen 7 dagen na vertrek volledig terugbetaald, mits het verblijf correct is achtergelaten.
5. Annuleringsbeleid
- Tot 14 dagen vóór aankomst: Kosteloos annuleren; het volledige betaalde bedrag wordt terugbetaald.
- Binnen 14 dagen vóór aankomst of bij no-show: Het betaalde bedrag is niet restitueerbaar.
Annuleringen dienen schriftelijk te worden ingediend per e-mail aan info@castillocoveta.es. De datum van ontvangst van de e-mail geldt als annuleringsdatum.
6. In- en Uitchecken
Inchecken: Vanaf 15:00 uur. Wij verzoeken gasten om bij het inchecken een geldig identiteitsbewijs of paspoort te overleggen.
Uitchecken: Uiterlijk om 12:00 uur. Late check-out is mogelijk op aanvraag en afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid. Hiervoor kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht.
7. Huisregels
- Niet roken: De accommodatie is volledig rookvrij. Roken is uitsluitend toegestaan op de aangewezen buitenruimtes.
- Huisdieren: Huisdieren zijn uitsluitend toegestaan op aanvraag en na voorafgaande goedkeuring door de accommodatie. Hiervoor kunnen aanvullende kosten gelden.
- Nachtrust: Wij verzoeken alle gasten de nachtrust te respecteren tussen 22:00 en 08:00 uur.
- Respect: Gasten worden verzocht respect te tonen voor andere gasten, het personeel en het eigendom van de accommodatie. Bij onbehoorlijk gedrag behoudt de accommodatie zich het recht voor het verblijf per direct te beëindigen zonder restitutie.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
De accommodatie is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van persoonlijke eigendommen van gasten. Wij adviseren waardevolle voorwerpen in de kamerkluis te bewaren.
Overmacht: De accommodatie is niet aansprakelijk voor het niet of niet volledig nakomen van verplichtingen als gevolg van overmacht, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot natuurrampen, pandemieën, stakingen, overheidsmaatregelen of technische storingen.
9. Zwembad & Jacuzzi
Het gebruik van het zwembad en de jacuzzi geschiedt op eigen risico. Gasten dienen de instructies en reglementen te allen tijde op te volgen.
- Douchen voor gebruik van het zwembad is verplicht.
- Kinderen onder 16 jaar dienen te allen tijde onder begeleiding van een volwassene te zijn.
- Glazen voorwerpen zijn niet toegestaan in het zwembadgebied.
- De accommodatie behoudt zich het recht voor de toegang tot het zwembad te beperken bij drukte of onderhoud.
10. Klachten
Wij streven naar een onvergetelijk verblijf voor al onze gasten. Mocht u desondanks een klacht hebben, dan verzoeken wij u dit zo spoedig mogelijk aan de receptie te melden, zodat wij de situatie direct kunnen verhelpen.
Schriftelijke klachten kunnen worden gericht aan info@castillocoveta.es en worden binnen 14 werkdagen behandeld.
11. Toepasselijk Recht
Op alle overeenkomsten tussen de accommodatie en de gast is het Spaanse recht van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen zullen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbank te Alicante, Spanje.

Guest: Any natural person or legal entity who makes a reservation at the accommodation or makes use of the accommodation's facilities.
Booking: The agreement between the accommodation and the guest for the use of one or more rooms and/or services, including all associated conditions.
Stay: The period during which the guest makes use of the accommodation's facilities and services.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, agreements and services offered by Castillo Coveta. By placing a reservation, the guest fully accepts these terms and conditions.
The accommodation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.
3. Reservations and Bookings
Reservations can be made via our website, by e-mail (info@castillocoveta.es), by telephone or via WhatsApp. Every reservation will be confirmed by e-mail; for online reservations you will receive the confirmation immediately after payment.
A reservation is only final upon receipt of written confirmation and, where applicable, upon receipt of the deposit.
Modifications: Changes to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) are possible up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. Modification requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices on our website are subject to typographical errors and changes.
Payment methods: We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and iDEAL. Cash payment upon arrival is also possible.
Payment: For arrivals within 14 days, 100% of the total stay amount is payable immediately. Otherwise, a 50% deposit is payable upon booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Security deposit: A security deposit of € 500 per suite is payable on the day of arrival. It is refunded in full within 7 days after departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation; the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Within 14 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: The amount paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@castillocoveta.es. The date of receipt of the e-mail will serve as the cancellation date.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to present a valid identity document or passport upon check-in.
Check-out: By 12:00 noon at the latest. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
7. House Rules
- No smoking: The accommodation is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets: Pets are only permitted upon request and with prior approval from the accommodation. Additional charges may apply.
- Quiet hours: We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Respect: Guests are expected to show respect for other guests, staff and accommodation property. In case of inappropriate behaviour, the accommodation reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
8. Liability
The accommodation is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings. We recommend storing valuables in the in-room safe.
Force majeure: The accommodation is not liable for the failure to fulfil obligations as a result of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government measures or technical failures.
9. Pool & Jacuzzi
Use of the pool and jacuzzi is at the guest's own risk. Guests must follow the instructions and regulations at all times.
- Showering before using the pool is mandatory.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.
- The accommodation reserves the right to limit access to the pool during busy periods or maintenance.
10. Complaints
We strive for an unforgettable stay for all our guests. Should you nevertheless have a complaint, we kindly ask you to report it to the reception as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the situation immediately.
Written complaints can be directed to info@castillocoveta.es and will be handled within 14 working days.
11. Applicable Law
All agreements between the accommodation and the guest are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Alicante, Spain.

1. Definiciones
Proveedor: Castillo Coveta, situado en C. Girona, 36, 03560 El Campello, Alicante, España. Registrado bajo [NOMBRE DE LA EMPRESA / Número de registro mercantil / Número CIF].
Huésped: Toda persona física o jurídica que realice una reserva en el alojamiento o haga uso de las instalaciones del alojamiento.
Reserva: El acuerdo entre el alojamiento y el huésped para el uso de una o más habitaciones y/o servicios, incluyendo todas las condiciones asociadas.
Estancia: El período durante el cual el huésped hace uso de las instalaciones y servicios del alojamiento.
2. Aplicabilidad
Estos términos y condiciones generales se aplican a todas las reservas, acuerdos y servicios ofrecidos por Castillo Coveta. Al realizar una reserva, el huésped acepta plenamente estos términos y condiciones.
El alojamiento se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. La versión más reciente siempre está disponible en nuestra página web.
3. Reservas
Las reservas se pueden realizar a través de nuestra página web, por correo electrónico (info@castillocoveta.es), por teléfono o por WhatsApp. Cada reserva será confirmada por correo electrónico; en las reservas en línea recibirá la confirmación inmediatamente después del pago.
Una reserva solo es definitiva tras la recepción de la confirmación escrita y, en su caso, tras la recepción del depósito.
Modificaciones: Los cambios en su reserva (fechas, tipo de habitación, número de huéspedes) son posibles hasta 14 días antes de la fecha de llegada prevista, sujeto a disponibilidad. Las solicitudes de modificación deben enviarse por escrito por correo electrónico.
4. Precios y Pago
Todos los precios están en euros (EUR) e incluyen IVA, salvo indicación contraria. Los precios de nuestra página web están sujetos a errores tipográficos y cambios.
Métodos de pago: Aceptamos pago por transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) e iDEAL. También es posible el pago en efectivo a la llegada.
Pago: Para llegadas dentro de 14 días, se abona inmediatamente el 100% del importe total de la estancia. En caso contrario, se abona un pago inicial del 50% al reservar; el importe restante debe pagarse a más tardar 14 días antes de la llegada.
Fianza: El día de la llegada se abona una fianza de 500 € por suite. Se devuelve íntegramente en un plazo de 7 días tras la salida, siempre que el alojamiento se entregue en buen estado.
5. Política de Cancelación
- Hasta 14 días antes de la llegada: Cancelación gratuita; se reembolsa íntegramente el importe abonado.
- Dentro de los 14 días previos a la llegada o en caso de no presentación: El importe abonado no es reembolsable.
Las cancelaciones deben enviarse por escrito por correo electrónico a info@castillocoveta.es. La fecha de recepción del correo electrónico se considerará como fecha de cancelación.
6. Check-in y Check-out
Check-in: A partir de las 15:00 h. Rogamos a los huéspedes que presenten un documento de identidad válido o pasaporte al registrarse.
Check-out: Antes de las 12:00 h. El late check-out está disponible bajo petición y sujeto a disponibilidad. Pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales.
7. Normas de la Casa
- Prohibido fumar: El alojamiento es completamente libre de humo. Solo se permite fumar en las zonas exteriores designadas.
- Mascotas: Las mascotas solo se admiten previa solicitud y con autorización previa del alojamiento. Pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales.
- Horario de descanso: Rogamos a todos los huéspedes que respeten el horario de descanso entre las 22:00 y las 08:00 horas.
- Respeto: Se espera que los huéspedes muestren respeto por los demás huéspedes, el personal y la propiedad del alojamiento. En caso de comportamiento inapropiado, el alojamiento se reserva el derecho de finalizar la estancia de forma inmediata sin reembolso.
8. Responsabilidad
El alojamiento no se hace responsable de la pérdida, robo o daño de las pertenencias personales de los huéspedes. Recomendamos guardar los objetos de valor en la caja fuerte de la habitación.
Fuerza mayor: El alojamiento no será responsable del incumplimiento de sus obligaciones como resultado de fuerza mayor, incluyendo pero no limitándose a desastres naturales, pandemias, huelgas, medidas gubernamentales o fallos técnicos.
9. Normas de la Piscina y el Jacuzzi
El uso de la piscina y el jacuzzi es bajo la propia responsabilidad del huésped. Los huéspedes deben seguir las instrucciones y normas en todo momento.
- Es obligatorio ducharse antes de usar la piscina.
- Los menores de 16 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto en todo momento.
- No se permiten objetos de cristal en la zona de la piscina.
- El alojamiento se reserva el derecho de limitar el acceso a la piscina en períodos de mucha afluencia o mantenimiento.
- Las reservas para tratamientos y masajes deben realizarse con un mínimo de 24 horas de antelación.
10. Reclamaciones
Nos esforzamos por ofrecer una estancia inolvidable a todos nuestros huéspedes. Si a pesar de ello tiene alguna queja, le rogamos que la comunique a la recepción lo antes posible para que podamos resolver la situación de inmediato.
Las reclamaciones por escrito pueden dirigirse a info@castillocoveta.es y serán atendidas en un plazo de 14 días laborables.
11. Legislación Aplicable
Todos los acuerdos entre el alojamiento y el huésped se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa será sometida al tribunal competente de Alicante, España.
