Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, or bookings made with an arrival date within 14 days, the amount paid is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Upon arrival we ask for a security deposit of € 500 per suite, fully refunded within 7 days after departure provided the accommodation is left in good condition. Date changes may be possible upon request, subject to availability.
